At Salon Rejuvenation, we believe that investing in our team is the key to everyone's success. Growth never stops here, which is why we provide ongoing education in hair color theory, blonding and balayage, gray coverage and corrective color, hair extensions, precision haircutting, client communication, retail sales, and business-building strategies. Our Associate Program is designed to help new stylists confidently bridge the gap between cosmetology school and a successful salon career. Through hands-on training and real salon experience, associates develop essential skills in shampooing and guest care, blowouts and styling, color application and formulation, haircutting fundamentals, client consultations, retail recommendations, and business-building strategies. Our goal is to provide the education, mentorship, and support you need to grow into a confident, successful, and fully booked stylist.
